KITKaro Service Delivery Policy

KITKaro is an online software service. No physical goods are shipped.

1. How the service is delivered

• After your business is registered, you receive an email with a link to your own address (for example yourbusiness.kitkaro.in) and a code to set your password.
• The service is used in a web browser on a phone or computer. Nothing needs to be installed.

2. When you get access

• Free plan and 7-day trial: access within 24 hours of registration.
• Paid plans: a paid plan becomes active as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within minutes and at most 24 hours.
• Onboarding: the setup sessions covered by the onboarding fee are scheduled with you within 7 working days of payment.

3. If something does not arrive

If you have not received the access email or your plan is not active within the times above, write to kitkaro.in@gmail.com. We reply on working days, Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00 IST.
