KITKaro Disclaimer and Acceptable Use
Last updated: 12-10-2026
KITKaro gives every business the same tools and the same protections. This page says clearly what the business is responsible for and where our responsibility ends. It is part of the Terms of Service.
1. The business is responsible for its messages
- KITKaro helps you write and prepare messages. You decide whether to send them, and you send them from your own WhatsApp, phone or email.
- You are responsible for what your messages say, who receives them, and how often.
- AI-drafted messages are suggestions. Read and edit every draft before sending. The AI can make mistakes, including wrong prices, names or facts. KITKaro never sends a message on its own.
2. The business is responsible for customer consent
- Contact only people who have agreed to hear from you, and stop when they ask you to stop.
- Record consent in KITKaro where the app asks for it. Collecting and keeping valid consent is your responsibility under Indian law (including the DPDP Act).
3. WhatsApp and other platforms
- WhatsApp is a service of Meta, not of KITKaro. When you send through WhatsApp, Meta's terms and policies apply to you, including its rules on bulk and promotional messages.
- KITKaro is not responsible if WhatsApp or any other platform limits, blocks or bans your number or account.
4. Your users and your passwords
- The Account Owner decides who uses the workspace and with what rights. Actions taken by your users are your responsibility.
- We never know your password, so we cannot recover it for you; you reset it yourself.
5. Accuracy of reports and AI insights
- Reports, scores and AI insights are based on the data you and your users enter. They are a guide to help you decide, not financial, legal or tax advice.
- GST invoices we issue to you are for your KITKaro subscription. KITKaro is not an accounting or tax-filing system for your business.
6. Availability
- We work hard to keep KITKaro running and backed up daily, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable or lose recent changes. Keep your own export of important data.
- We are not responsible for problems caused by your internet connection, device, or third-party services.
7. Acceptable use — you will not use KITKaro to:
- send spam, or messages to people who have not agreed to receive them;
- send unlawful, false, misleading, abusive, hateful or obscene content;
- sell or promote anything illegal;
- collect people's data without a lawful reason;
- try to access another business's workspace, test or break our security, or overload the Service;
- resell or copy the Service without our written permission.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, after notice where reasonable, and may report illegal activity to the authorities.
8. Our responsibility
Our responsibility is set out, and limited, in section 9 of the Terms of Service.
